I've supported and built API platforms and production systems for more than seven years, turning difficult customer issues into clear fixes, workarounds, and better engineering processes.

At commercetools, I led recurring production and integration escalations across APIs, application code, and platform configuration, contributing to a 20% year-over-year reduction in support escalations. I owned urgent incident triage, customer updates, postmortem context, and improvements to triage and documentation.

I also resolved 98% of customer issues within SLA as a Technical Support Engineer, handled on-call incidents, and wrote debugging guides that reduced onboarding from roughly six months to three. My work spans REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, access controls, logs, latency investigations, and customer-facing technical communication.
