What I'm looking for

I want to work as a Data Analyst where I can use SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to build dashboards and support data-driven decisions, while continuing to grow through real problem-solving and clear documentation.

I’m an Aspiring Data Analyst with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data visualization, and problem-solving. I’m aiming to contribute to data-driven decision-making using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Alongside my data focus, I’ve built customer-facing and operational experience through Technical Support at AT&T (Teleperformance) and back-office work at InTouchCX. In these roles, I handled inquiries, billing and payments, service activation & changes, problem resolution & escalation, and documentation & follow-up—strengthening my attention to detail and structured thinking.

I’ve also completed Business Development Professional and Strategist training, and I bring analytical tools knowledge including Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python for cleaning, automating, and analyzing datasets. My goal is to keep improving and apply my skills to deliver reliable insights and support better decisions.
