I’m a PL-300 certified BI data analyst focused on transforming raw data into clear, decision-ready insights. I combine SQL, Power BI, ETL, and strong data modeling to build dashboards that leaders can act on with confidence.

In my learning and projects, I’ve practiced end-to-end BI thinking—designing models (including star-schema), preparing data through ETL and Power Query, and shaping metrics with DAX. I’ve built interactive dashboards using measures like YoY growth, profit margin, and CLV.

I also bring practical improvement mindset from handling chat and email support, where I balanced accuracy with speed and consistently resolved order, payment, shipping, and account issues. That same problem-solving approach carries into analytics work: I focus on quality, clarity, and meeting productivity targets.

I’m especially interested in roles where I can keep strengthening my SQL and Power BI delivery while refining ETL workflows and analytics storytelling—so the data doesn’t just report results, it supports strategy.
