What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role in travel coordination, guest experience, or relocation support — ideally with an international team where I can bring real destination knowledge and a high standard of client care. I work well with structure, adapt quickly to new systems, and I'm available full-time aligned with U.S. or European business hours.

I'm a travel professional with 6+ years living and working across Europe — Italy, the UK, and Spain — with hands-on experience in international logistics, relocation coordination, and guest experience. I don't just know these destinations from a brochure; I navigated them, moved through them, and built a life in them.

My hospitality background includes managing daily operations as Duty Manager at a 121-room Premier Inn in Cambridge, UK — handling guest experience, reservations, escalations, and reporting using Whitbread PMS. Alongside that, I've coordinated four full cross-border relocations end-to-end and planned 3+ international trips per year, managing everything from itineraries and accommodation to documentation and budget.

I'm calm under pressure, direct in communication, and I don't leave things unresolved. I'm currently building on my profile with Salesforce CRM fundamentals and persuasive communication training, and I'm available immediately for remote roles aligned with U.S. or European hours.
