What I'm looking for
I’m a Hospitality Project Manager who builds SOPs and guest experience protocols from day one, turning openings into consistently high-performing properties. Since 2022, I’ve opened 5+ properties from scratch, structuring how teams operate and how guests feel the service—before the first booking.
In my current role, I manage teams and vendors while shaping service standards that deliver measurable results. I’ve consistently achieved 4.9★ on Airbnb and 9.0+ on Booking.com by aligning guest satisfaction with owner profitability, including minimizing refunds without sacrificing the guest experience.
Earlier in my career, I delivered luxury service to VIP guests at a 5-star mountain resort, handling concierge, luggage, transport, and in-room requests. I also led guest-facing operations across 10+ hotels in multiple countries, working as a receptionist, front desk professional, and F&B assistant—experience that strengthened my cross-cultural communication and operational judgment.
I bring structured training from Google’s Project Management program and apply Agile & Scrum thinking to property launch and process improvement. I’m now also focused on revenue and cost outcomes, combining project discipline with hospitality instincts to help properties scale sustainably.
