What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistant or remote operations support role where I can apply structured administration, account setup, documentation, reporting, research, and accurate workflow coordination.

I've managed enterprise accounts, operational workflows, customer information, and documentation at PT Sentra Integrasi Solusi Teknologi since 2020.

I coordinate technical, operational, and customer stakeholders, keeping requirements, tasks, and deliverables accurately tracked while preparing reports, proposals, and structured information.
