What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote roles where I can run operations end-to-end—finance, onboarding, and FCA/GDPR-ready compliance—while owning systems and process design. I’m open to full-time or part-time employed contracts and value autonomy.

I’m a trilingual remote operations professional with a decade of experience across client onboarding, compliance, and operational process design. I spent six years in FCA-regulated banking delivering KYC, AML, and compliance documentation, and I’m used to working with audit-ready expectations.

Since 2022, I’ve independently managed the full operations and finance function of a regulated business remotely without supervision. I build the systems, keep the records clean, and translate requirements into practical workflows—so teams can move quickly with confidence.

I founded and ran a virtual assistant business serving multiple B2B clients at once, designing onboarding protocols, confidentiality processes, and workflow systems from scratch. I maintained full GDPR compliance throughout the client lifecycle and wound the business down after a strategic review in March 2026.

Today, I also build and deploy tools that remove pricing and profitability friction for UK micro-businesses. I founded RightCost.uk (trading under JMO Transport Ltd) and created a live job costing tool in beta—currently expanding an AI-powered profitability feature in active development.
