What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a 100% remote role where I can manage emails, CRM, calendars, and data, build light automations, and keep processes organized across time zones, using clear Portuguese/English communication.

I’m a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant with a technical degree in IT & Management and hands-on experience supporting international clients remotely. I combine attention to detail, strong command of digital tools, and professional communication in Portuguese and English to keep daily operations running efficiently.

In my current self-employed role (2025–Present), I manage inboxes, set standardized responses, and coordinate calendars across different time zones. I also set up and maintain CRM systems such as HubSpot, keeping contacts organized and workflows supported.

To improve efficiency, I process data in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) for reporting and decision-making, and I build simple automations with Zapier and Make.com to reduce repetitive tasks. I structure documents across Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox so information is always easy to find and use.
