I’m a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Professional with over 10 years of experience across customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, and administration. I focus on building strong client relationships, solving problems quickly, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Since Jan 2025, I’ve been a Business Owner / Sales Representative, managing and running my own business. I market and sell products, handle customer inquiries, orders, and payments, maintain customer relationships, and manage stock and daily operations.
From Apr 2022 to Nov 2024, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Queendom Spa in Kenya. I responded to customer inquiries, resolved complaints, processed orders, refunds, and exchanges, maintained customer records, and promoted additional services.
