Owned a portfolio of approximately 50 Lean, automation, and process transformation initiatives across international operations. Led an improvement team of 2 Lean Leads, coordinating process optimization, automation, and standardization, with 15 improvement projects completed in 12 months.

Designed and implemented standardized project governance, documentation, controls, and delivery frameworks across a multinational team of approximately 50 professionals. Led cross-functional improvement, automation, and reporting initiatives, including business analysis, requirements, solution design, delivery, and change communication.

Delivered process automation, reporting, and governance projects, spanning requirements definition, solution design, Power Automate development, and Power BI reporting. Strengthened standardization and project controls through documentation and governance across Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Supported two HR outsourcing processes, analyzed operational data, and delivered KPI/SLA performance reporting in Power BI and Excel. Contributed to HR process transformation, coordinating Technical Solutions automation activity and developing automated reporting and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.

Supported client learning and development operations through training-related travel planning, booking, documentation, and ad-hoc coordination across closely scheduled sessions.

Studied Law and New Media and Digital Culture at the University of Łódź.

Participated in the Erasmus Programme, studying Law in French.
