At McKinsey & Company, I lead business operations for the global Telecommunications & EEMA TMT practices, coordinating leadership processes across ~120 stakeholders and 60+ markets. I also designed and embedded AI-assisted workflows that reduced selected communications and presentation-production time by ~75%.
I own management reporting for approximately $10m in annual operating expenditure and coordinate invoice and payment processes through Coupa. Earlier at McKinsey, I co-developed Tableau dashboards for performance reporting and delivered 40+ Tableau training sessions; at Carlsberg Shared Services, I facilitated global eSourcing and eContract processes.
