I'm looking to lead enterprise BI, AI analytics, and automation initiatives, building high-performing teams and scalable data products that improve executive decision-making and operational efficiency.

At UBS, I lead the Poland-based Analytics & Performance Management team, aligning enterprise AI, process automation, and analytics initiatives while delivering scalable data products.

I previously led analytics teams at Credit Suisse and built production-grade Tableau solutions across Together Networks, where I managed and mentored 10+ BI professionals. My dashboard, pipeline, and monitoring improvements accelerated department-wide reporting speeds by 2x–3x.

I bridge Databricks, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI with executive priorities, and I integrate ChatGPT and MS Copilot into BI workflows to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
