Adrita Das
@adritadas
I’m an HR and talent acquisition intern with I-O psychology insight, turning candidate data into better hiring.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Psychology postgraduate with hands-on experience spanning talent acquisition, organizational research, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement—built across HR, nonprofit, and academic settings. I bring practical grounding and psychological insight to help assess fit, support teams, and contribute meaningfully from day one, especially in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
In my Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Intern role, I conducted 500+ candidate interviews across a 2 month recruitment cycle, evaluating applicant suitability across multiple organizational roles. I also led and mentored a team of interns, delegating responsibilities, tracking daily performance, and driving output toward hiring targets. Earlier, I analyzed employee satisfaction, motivation, and work-life balance as an Industrial Psychology intern, delivering data-driven recommendations using I-O psychology principles; and as a Program Coordinator intern, I planned and coordinated education and awareness programs while conducting preliminary psychological screenings and supporting case referrals to clinical psychologists.
