I am an HR Recruiter from Kolkata with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment – including resume screening, sourcing, job postings, and telephonic interviews. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, I combine academic knowledge with hands-on HR exposure gained through internships and trainee roles.
