What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR, employee wellness, or counselling-focused role where I can apply psychology to recruitment quality, psychometric assessment, and individual well-being. I want a supportive team and opportunities to grow through meaningful work.

I’m a Masters-qualified psychology professional with hands-on clinical internship experience and a strong background in HR recruitment. I combine an understanding of human behavior with psychometric assessment to support better decisions and well-being.

In clinical settings, I assessed and monitored patients, conducted psychological observations, and contributed to progress documentation. I also collaborated with clinical teams on treatment planning and patient welfare activities.

Alongside clinical training, I supported therapeutic work with children in an autism center by administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. I helped therapists by supporting behavior intervention plan implementation and learned developmental disorders and rehabilitation techniques.

In HR roles, I managed end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and tracking hiring metrics. I use psychological insight to improve candidate evaluation and fit, and I’m now seeking roles in HR, employee wellness, student counselling, or teaching to create meaningful impact.
