I’m an early-career professional with 1 year of experience across HR and psychology, focused on understanding people, building meaningful relationships, and navigating real-world challenges. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments handling recruitment, employee interactions, and client interactions, while gaining hands-on exposure through fieldwork in clinical and care environments.

In my HR Operations role at AVI Capital Services Pvt Ltd, I independently handled recruitment from creating job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. I also monitored and analyzed workforce data to generate actionable insights for leadership, applied organizational psychology principles to improve employee satisfaction and retention, and resolved grievances effectively.

My background is supported by an internship at Unique Psychological Services, where I conducted field visits to rehabilitation centres and old age homes, building rapport and understanding adult and child pathology. I’m committed to continuous learning—through courses like structured psychotherapies (CBT, ACT, IPT, and couple therapy) and evidence-based clinical psychology—while actively volunteering at Bal Sahyog to contribute in a people-focused way.
