I'm looking for opportunities in HR, organisational development, Learning & Development, or industrial-organisational psychology where I can improve employee well-being, hiring, performance systems, and organisational effectiveness.

I've led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and Learning & Development initiatives at Zedd Labz and MJ Marketing Consultancy.

At Zedd Labz, I recruited for technical and non-technical roles, mentored HR interns, and managed onboarding, task allocation, performance reviews, and quality control. I also designed KPI/KRA tracking systems with timestamped data and coordinated payroll, attendance, work hours, and stipend processing.

At MJ Marketing Consultancy, I progressed from candidate sourcing and LinkedIn outreach to conducting final-round interviews and making data-informed hiring decisions. I directed onboarding and training for new interns while using daily EOD reviews and coaching to address blockers.

I'm pursuing an MSc in Psychology focused on Organisational Development and HRM, with an interest in Industrial-Organisational Psychology, employee well-being, and organisational effectiveness.
