I've managed property, catastrophe, auto, and large-loss claims for insurers including Slide Insurance, MetLife, Wellington Insurance Company, RSA Insurance Canada, TD Insurance Canada, and State Farm. My work spans residential, condominium, commercial, mobile-home, lender-placed hazard, and auto claims.

At Slide Insurance, I handled high-volume CAT and daily homeowners claims from first contact through resolution, completing coverage and cause/origin analysis, reviewing estimates, and negotiating supplements with contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys. At True Force Roofing, I prepared detailed Xactimate estimates for high-value water and roof losses and coordinated with carriers and lenders to move claims toward timely payment.

I've evaluated and settled residential and commercial large-loss claims exceeding $2.5 million, using market pricing, policy interpretation, damage assessment, and financial analysis to support equitable outcomes and reduce unnecessary payout costs.

As Vice President of Claims at Adkins Adjusting Services, I supervised 12 field adjusters, conducted pre-submission file reviews, strengthened quality assurance, and managed carrier relationships. I bring more than 20 years of claims experience, multiple adjuster licenses, and hands-on proficiency with Xactimate, Guidewire, MSB Integra Claim, Audatex, Mitchell, and CCC1.
