I’m a Process Design and Risk Consultant with 8+ years of experience helping large financial services organizations turn regulatory, policy, and risk requirements into practical, sustainable process solutions. I advise process owners across Wealth Management, Home Loans, and Operations with a focus on process governance, risk mitigation, and control effectiveness.
In my current role, I serve as a Process Advisor supporting six process owners, delivering end-to-end consultation on process design and risk posture. I lead Walk the Process (WTP) reviews to validate POP data accuracy by comparing documented processes, controls, and interdependencies against actual business practices, then recommend remediation actions to close gaps and redundancies.
I also partner directly with process owners to update process documentation, control attributes, and POP data in response to policy, risk, or operating model changes. Whether it’s supporting Global Compliance & Operational Risk (GCOR) remediation or evaluating process connection requests, I ensure upstream and downstream impacts are accurately represented so end-to-end process flows remain reliable.
Earlier, I led initiatives in Home Loans Underwriting and Fulfillment to strengthen controls, mitigate operational risks, and improve end-to-end efficiency. I’ve managed project intake and execution tracking using JIRA, streamlined reporting for senior leadership, and delivered automation and efficiency improvements—while grounding decisions in operational risk analysis, stakeholder alignment, and continuous monitoring.

Conducted investigations of economic sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering alerts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supported internal and OCC audits, maintained departmental procedures, and participated in UAT testing to validate system functionality and control alignment.
