What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale operational systems in fast-moving teams where I can improve execution visibility, remove bottlenecks, align cross-functional work, and deliver reliable outcomes across product, marketing, and operations.

At Kitsch, I built operational infrastructure from scratch across product, marketing, and creative teams, replacing ad-hoc execution with structured delivery. I designed end-to-end workflows for 5+ cross-functional teams and managed 20–50 concurrent workstreams.

I cut turnaround time by approximately 50% by redesigning workflows and eliminating bottlenecks. My centralized tracking, documentation, and execution systems improved visibility into ownership, progress, capacity, and delivery risk while reducing handoff failures.
