Coleen Young

I’m a hands-on Project Manager and Business Analyst with experience working across software development, business processes, and technology projects. I enjoy being the person who can take a messy problem, ask a lot of questions, figure out what’s actually needed, and turn it into something a team can execute.

I’m naturally curious, and I tend to go down rabbit holes when I’m trying to understand something. 😅 I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand the context and perspectives well enough to make good decisions. I also value autonomy and accountability: I like giving people room to do their work, while making sure we communicate early when something is getting in the way of delivery.

Outside of work, I’m usually learning something new, researching some completely random rabbit hole, or working on my Spanish. I’m happiest in collaborative environments where people are comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and solving problems together.
