Adrian Dohnal

At Knettenbrech + Gurdulic Franken GmbH, I handle around 80 customer calls a day, clarifying needs and offering solutions in the same conversation. I coordinate 50–80 container orders and up to 17 vehicles daily, making operational decisions in real time.

As Head of Dispatch, I lead quality control for three dispatchers and act as a point of contact between customers, dispatch and operations. I also support sales with pricing and route planning, and analyse complaints to improve processes.

My work includes waste documentation and hazardous goods regulations, as well as deputising for the site manager and onboarding new employees. Earlier, at Netto Marken-Discount, I handled logistics from order entry to delivery and processed incoming goods and shipping documents.
