I’ve spent seven years at First National Bank of Omaha helping Spanish-speaking customers in real time—translating statements, payments, and account problems so they could move forward confidently.

For five years I worked a dedicated Spanish-language line, routing directly to me as one of roughly 15 bilingual specialists. I also earned bilingual pay recognition and consistently strong performance in customer focus and composure under pressure.

In my current role, I manage accessibility-statement fulfillment, prepare braille and large-print materials each billing cycle, and handle high-volume tickets with strict deadlines. I’m now pursuing in-person interpreting in healthcare and legal settings, where accurate Spanish communication in sensitive, high-stakes moments is the work I’ve already been doing.
