I am a security-focused Technical Supervisor with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and seven years of experience supporting high-stakes government infrastructure. I have served as Acting Network & Systems Administrator, owning internal infrastructure stability, network security, and domain solutions.

I manage critical platforms including SAP ERP, internal websites, and global lifecycle management for 500+ Data Capturing Machines deployed to DFA posts worldwide. I lead end-to-end technical logistics, deployments, and training for large-scale field operations.

I direct a workforce of over 100 personnel, coordinate with ISPs and government agencies, and oversee secure delivery of high-security documents and passport services. I have driven division-level projects and reported directly to senior officials to ensure operational alignment and compliance.

I have published research on ESRGAN and ARIMA applications and hold certifications in network security, TESDA NC II Computer Systems Servicing, and the Philnits IP Passport Examination.
