Previously, as a Patient Care Technician at Brooks Rehabilitation, I assisted patients and coordinated care with healthcare teams. I resolved patient concerns professionally and maintained accurate records, reinforcing my commitment to confidentiality and detail.

I’m now seeking to transition into a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist role. I’m open to full-time remote work, and I’m ready to learn Zendesk quickly while bringing my communication, documentation, and problem-resolution strengths to customers.
