In my current role, I manage system level projects with $1M+ benefit plans and serve as the Business Partner / Portfolio Manager to the Office of the CMO, leading clinical and operational initiatives to support the mission of the organization.
I co-lead the development of processes and standards for Functional Project Management and optimize tools and resources to efficiently navigate an end-to-end PMO model. I provide analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to drive business decisions across domains, including leading efforts like the Transformation Office SharePoint redesign and participating in Human Centered Design Training to enable effective innovation and ideation centered around the consumer.
Previously, I led large-scale, system wide improvement projects exceeding $10M annually, and served as Planning Section Chief for work stoppage events while proactively planning to prevent disruption. As Director of Operations, I developed and implemented 24/7 client-focused access to clinical and ancillary services, expanded telehealth and virtual health for all patients, partnered with IS/IT to advance Epic E-visits, and helped drive a 90% positive customer experience rating—while also contributing to financial turnaround strategy as part of T3.
