I'm looking for a global operations leadership role where I can establish or transform multi-site operations, build capable teams, strengthen governance and compliance, and deliver scalable, sustainable business performance.

I'm leading operations at Golden Agers LLC dba Nurse Next Door, supporting multi-location home care operations across Northern Virginia. I coordinate clinical, administrative, and field teams, recruited and onboarded 50+ hires, and developed 200+ policies and SOPs supporting Virginia, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and CHAP compliance with zero accreditation-survey deficiencies.

Across the UAE, Pakistan, and the United States, I've established six greenfield operations, coordinated 300+ professionals, managed procurement exceeding USD $2M, and built scalable systems for healthcare, education, trading, manufacturing, automotive, and e-commerce businesses. I bring hands-on leadership across workforce planning, facilities, procurement, governance, IT, safety, and continuous improvement.
