At Bysak X Chante, I drove the Vanilla Duo relaunch to 65 units and 97K revenue in 2–2.5 months, owning packaging, manufacturing coordination, marketing execution, fulfilment and customer operations.
I also built the founder’s LinkedIn presence from scratch, handling strategy, ghostwriting, publishing, networking and analytics. Followers increased 78% and engagement increased 65%.
Across 25 SKUs, 2,000 units and 200 orders, I coordinated 9 vendors and managed Shopify, Amazon and Nykaa operations. I implemented workflows, 3 SOPs and alternate-week reviews for a 13-member team, raising task completion from 50% to 70–80%.
