What I'm looking for

I am looking for a people-focused role leveraging my retail/HR training and frontline management to improve service, coach teams, and grow into broader HR or operations responsibilities in a supportive, customer-centric company.

I am a motivated business and English literature graduate with hands-on experience in retail, hospitality and front-line customer service, backed by an M.Sc. in Business and Management (HR) and an M.Phil. (Gold Medalist) in English literature.

I have managed teams of up to 15, overseen store and till operations, inventory and loss control, and delivered training and service improvements as a store manager and trading assistant. I have also worked in teaching and childcare roles and as a gateline assistant where I combined security, information provision and high-quality customer support.

I bring strong communication, leadership and multitasking skills, a record of academic achievement and volunteer recognition, and a practical focus on service, safety and operational excellence.
