At PT Wong Boga Lestari, I manage end-to-end recruitment, employment administration, and PKWT/PKWTT preparation. I also develop and implement SOPs, internal memos, and company regulations.
I manage attendance, payroll, bonuses, and KPI-based performance evaluations, while supporting industrial relations and negotiations over workplace disputes.
Previously, at PT Global Service Indonesia (GSI), I operated the HRIS database for employee records, attendance, and payroll. I also facilitated BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan enrollment and designed and delivered employee training programs.
Across my HR roles, I’ve handled recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll, and workplace regulations. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta and have training in HR administration, HRIS database management, and Microsoft Office.
