What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to business operations, process improvement, workflow automation, quality assurance, and client coordination roles where I can turn operational gaps into practical improvements.

At RR Donnelley supporting Anglian Water, I managed customer account queries, high-priority escalations, quality checks, and operational KPIs for a major UK water services provider.

I collaborated on an Excel macro integrated with SAP/CRM workflows that eliminated duplicate customer-query allocation and saved more than 10 hours of manual work per week. I also trained and supported 7+ new team members and received Operational Excellence recognition for my contributions.

Through freelance business support, I’ve managed client communications, customer queries, schedules, social media, digital materials, and small web applications. I enjoy translating business requirements into practical operational and technical solutions.
