What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with a strong background across call centres, retail operations, and warehouse environments. I’m known for being “friendly and efficient,” maximising customer satisfaction through attentive communication, accurate issue resolution, and calm, professional complaint handling.
In customer service roles, I’ve provided support via phone, email, and live chat, while processing refunds and exchanges and maintaining accurate customer account details. I proactively troubleshoot issues for timely first time resolution, monitor customer surveys and feedback, and create corrective actions to improve service quality.
I’ve also built operational strength through hands-on work and leadership. As a Production Operative at Danish Crown, I measured and fed raw materials, operated production equipment, and carried out basic testing and quality checks—then reported faults to maintenance. In warehouse picking & packing at JD Sports, I used hand-held scanners to track stock, packed and labelled orders, sealed packaging, and completed documentation under deadlines.
