What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote or hybrid role in customer success, HR, administration, or community engagement where I can apply my strong communication skills, empathy, and people-first approach. I’m a Psychology graduate with 2.5 years of NYSC experience in client-facing and administrative roles, looking to grow within a supportive team environment.

I’m a dynamic, motivated psychology graduate passionate about transforming lives through enhanced mental health, well-being, and social development. I bring empathy, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to excellence in client-facing and support roles.

With a BSc in Psychology (Second Class Upper Division) from Covenant University, I’ve built a strong foundation across Developmental, Abnormal, and Clinical Psychology, plus Personality Assessment and Psychobiology. I’ve also deepened my practice through courses and certifications, including Practicum in Psychotherapy and project management training.

Through 2.5 years of NYSC remobilisation across two placements, I strengthened my ability to work with diverse groups while supporting real-world services. As a front desk officer in the SERVICOM Department at the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, I managed guest coordination, scheduling, memos, and documentation; in the Force Criminal Investigation Department, I supported case documentation, record management, and data organisation while learning gender-based crime procedures and victim support.

I further support my psychology goals through hands-on experience—conducting personality assessments using the Big Five Inventory and observing therapy sessions during my internship at Elite Life Management Consulting. I’ve also led mental health awareness campaigns as Public Relations Officer for CUPSA, coordinated events with external organisations, and handled meeting support and minute-taking as Assistant General Secretary.
