My experience in customer relations has equipped me with the ability to handle complaints and provide resolutions, as well as organize training and awareness sessions to educate staff members on best customer service practices.

Through my internships at the National Youth Service Corps and Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme, I have gained valuable experience in working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with peers, and upholding ethical standards. I am a strong believer in the importance of community development and have participated in outreaches and disaster relief efforts through my volunteer work with the National Emergency Management Agency.
