I design and optimize project-management, CRM, operations, and service-delivery systems for organizations across multiple industries. As an independent Workflow Automation & Operations Consultant, I work with clients remotely.

For a US Legal & Compliance Services Company, I designed a ClickUp service-delivery environment that separates client, entity, and service-request records. I added reusable service templates, intake and payment automations, reviewer queues, and dashboards.

For a nonprofit organization, I restructured separate Monday.com workflows into connected boards, linking project and grant tracking with budgets, expenses, invoices, staff hours, payroll, and mileage. I also implemented automations and reporting views across program, administration, management, and finance.

My other engagements include reviewing workspace architecture and automation opportunities for a UK construction and engineering company, and structuring repeatable ClickUp workflows for a creative/production agency. I also designed a proof-of-concept ClickUp system connecting leads, clients, projects, and work packages.
