I help service-based businesses and small teams streamline daily operations by building simple, secure task management systems and workflow automations. I focus on CRM and pipeline automation, client onboarding stages, and app integrations that keep work organized and running smoothly. I work in a practical, collaborative way—starting by understanding how your team works, then designing automations aligned with your goals and KPIs (not generic templates).
Recently, I built an end-to-end CRM system by linking multiple Monday.com boards to manage contacts, leads, and opportunities in one place. I configured automated workflows for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, deal notifications, and opportunity creation, and I added a sales performance dashboard for real-time visibility. I also integrated Google Calendar to sync deal dates and follow-up tasks so nothing falls through.
In other engagements, I designed operations management systems in Monday.com for cross-functional workflows, built Make.com automations that triggered downstream tasks and real-time Discord notifications, and created executive dashboards to support better decisions. I’ve also migrated client data from Google Sheets into Monday.com with accurate field mapping, and built structured request/onboarding workflows mapped in Miro to reduce missed requests and eliminate manual chasing. Earlier experience includes improving lead conversion through CRM-based tracking and sales funnel optimization, and contributing to process automation via digital ticketing systems to reduce resolution time and improve customer satisfaction.
