I’m an entry-level Customer Service Representative with nearly 2 years of experience supporting customers through multiple channels. I’m comfortable handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records that keep teams aligned.

At Brandpop in Lagos (Jan 2024 – Dec 2025), I managed customer requests across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person support. I resolved complaints professionally, escalated complex issues when needed, and followed up on pending requests to support timely resolution and satisfaction.

Before that, at Adole&Ene (Mar 2021 – Dec 2023), I welcomed and assisted clients while keeping accurate client records and operational documentation. I coordinated scheduling and follow-ups, gathered customer feedback, and communicated concerns to management to improve service delivery.

I’m familiar with CRM systems and documentation tools, and I use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to support day-to-day support operations. I’m ready to transition to remote support and bring strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and consistent Monday-Friday availability.
