What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can investigate and accurately scope complex claims, use strong documentation and negotiation skills, and collaborate with teams to deliver fast, fair outcomes and clear customer communication.

I’m a Claims Adjuster with experience conducting on-site inspection for residential and commercial property losses, assessing structural and interior damage, and documenting findings with detailed photos, measurements, and scope notes. I prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and evaluate policy coverage with endorsements and exclusions to support timely, well-communicated decisions.

I’m at my best coordinating across contractors and specialties—including water mitigation, reconstruction, engineering and HVAC, and origin and cause investigators—and progressing subrogation potential when appropriate. I also bring a strong customer-focused background from roles like Personal Banker, where I provided financial wellness reviews, originated consumer loans, and managed end-to-end processes while meeting sales goals.
