I’m looking for a role where I can combine client success with operations—owning processes end to end, improving efficiency, and supporting project delivery with clear communication, strong scheduling, and budget awareness, in a culture that values continuous improvement.

I’m a versatile Client Success & Operations Specialist with “extensive experience in cross-functional efficiency and client relationship management,” combining client-facing ownership with operational execution. I’m dedicated to continuous improvement and keeping clients satisfied through clear communication, tailored solutions, and reliable delivery.

In construction and operations, I’ve supported multimillion-dollar projects and currently spearhead the full project lifecycle for a $50M multifamily development, performing senior-level PM duties including subcontractor buyout, OAC leadership, and master schedule management. I focus on high-volume complexity while ensuring budget adherence and operational excellence.

I also bring hands-on process strength from roles across account management, inventory control, and store operations. I opened the first Florida branch of Chatime under the Australian business model, and I rebuilt the Inventory Control Specialist business process at the Baltimore location while maintaining current tasks—recognized for continuous improvement in manufacturing and shipping/receiving.
