What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve operations through executive support, project coordination, workflow design, automation, and internal systems that help cross-functional teams work more efficiently.

I've supported executives and cross-functional teams for 10+ years by organizing workflows, coordinating projects, improving documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.

At Church Media Squad, I work as a Systems Integrator, identifying operational needs and implementing products, process improvements, automations, and internal systems. I manage projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, and rollout, reducing repetitive work and improving team efficiency.

Previously, I led developers at Appficiency, managed and trained teams, supported Oracle NetSuite products, and built self-service dashboards and resource-management trackers at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. I also bring hands-on experience in technical support, testing, UI/UX dashboard design, and event logistics leadership.
