I am seeking a challenging role that allows me to leverage my technical skills and training experience while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

I am an IT Business Partner and Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the field. My journey began at the Special Investigation Unit (SIU), where I have been responsible for all ICT matters across three regional offices. I have developed a strong foundation in both technical support and training, successfully training over 850 members in various ICT disciplines.

Throughout my career, I have led significant projects, including a successful Microsoft Migration, where I collaborated with a team to ensure seamless data transfer and user support. My technical skills encompass a wide range of technologies, including Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange, which I have utilized to enhance operational efficiency and support for various government entities.
