I've supported end-to-end recruitment at 20Four7VA, screening 50+ applications weekly, interviewing 20+ candidates monthly, coordinating virtual interviews, and maintaining accurate ATS records and recruitment reports.
Previously at EDML, I led talent acquisition and workforce planning, developed HR policies and onboarding frameworks, coordinated employee development, and managed project, procurement, vendor, and operational reporting. I'm now seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead role in a forward-thinking organisation.
