I'm looking for a customer experience, call center operations, or sales role where I can improve service quality, ensure SLA compliance, coach teams, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

I've led call center operations at Betway, managing shifts, SLA compliance, escalated-query analysis, and coaching that improved service quality and reduced repeated issues.

I progressed from Call Center Agent to Team Lead within two years through consistent performance, leadership capability, and operational reliability.
