I'm looking to lead scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data-driven engagement programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized campaigns, strong QA, and multi-market outcomes.

At Takeda, I lead a POD within the nAVIn programme, architecting a Next Best Action decision engine that delivers personalized engagement insights to KAMs and MSLs across European and North American markets.

I've delivered Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs for Takeda, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Cupra, Genesis, Pfizer, Viatris, Amgen, Alcon, and Bayer.
