At R Systems International, I supported day-to-day Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and cross-channel campaigns for the Defy Medical project. I used Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder to run campaigns, and created email templates and landing pages with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
At Tech Mahindra Allyis, I worked on email campaigns and automated customer journeys for Learning Communications, building audience segments with SQL and managing Data Extensions. I also worked as a Salesforce Developer at Tata Consultancy Services on the Penfed project, customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud interfaces and implementing data models. I hold four Salesforce certifications.
