In my current role as Seller Support Executive at Startek (Flipkart Seller Support Pvt Ltd.), I support Flipkart sellers with payment-related issues and settlement timelines. I clarify fee structures and marketplace policies, help interpret invoices and payment reports, and ensure accuracy through a strong grasp of payment and billing processes.

Beyond support tickets, I’ve mentored 50+ students and clients through complex projects, consistently earning positive feedback for patience and clarity. I also resolved 100+ real-time issues by diagnosing root causes and delivering step-by-step solutions, while keeping users informed with structured updates.

I like turning messy problems into clear deliverables—through documentation, reports, and guides. I’ve also used Blynk IoT, MQTT, and Firebase to configure and troubleshoot remote device connectivity, and I build solutions with an IoT mindset—supported by my capstone project: “AI Vision & IoT Based Smart Public Water Point Misuse & Contamination Prevention System.”
