I've led Learning, Talent and OD across NetCom Learning, dentsu, Pole To Win International, Technicolor, Hewlett Packard and IBM, building workforce capability across India, the US, EU and APAC. My work spans enterprise L&D strategy, leadership development, succession, skills architecture, learning technology and analytics.
At NetCom Learning, I launched role-based AI learning journeys across nine tools, assessed skill gaps for 1,000+ employees across 43 roles, reduced project slippage from 18% to 5%, and improved external learner NPS by 21 points. I also revamped onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity by 20% and built a sales certification program that improved win rates by about 12%.
I've managed learning functions supporting workforces of up to 12,000 employees, budgets above USD 2.5M, global trainer ecosystems, academies, competency frameworks and analytics-led talent decisions. I enjoy translating business priorities into practical learning pathways, stronger leadership benches and measurable workforce outcomes.
