What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to ServiceNow implementation, testing, automation, and enterprise workflow validation work in an Agile environment, with opportunities to improve service delivery, support quality releases, and grow across ITSM and platform integrations.

At UST Global Technology Services, I support ServiceNow ITSM implementations for enterprise service management automation and audit technology risk management. I test Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog workflows to help teams deliver stable, compliant releases.

I create manual test cases, execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and upgrade testing, and automate repeatable scenarios using ServiceNow ATF. I also validate business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, REST/SOAP integrations, and workflows across ServiceNow environments.

I've worked closely with developers and business analysts in Agile teams, managed defects through Jira and ServiceNow, and maintained QA documentation aligned with ITIL and compliance standards. I'm a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with experience supporting Service Portal, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise integrations.
