What I'm looking for

I seek a ServiceNow QA leadership role where I can drive ATF automation, improve release quality, collaborate cross-functionally, and scale testing practices in an Agile/DevOps environment.

I am a ServiceNow Functional Testing Lead and Quality Assurance professional with 6.5 years of experience, including 2+ years focused on ServiceNow QA. I specialize in ATF, functional and regression testing, and platform release governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

In my current role I lead ServiceNow QA activities, design end-to-end QA strategies, and manage defect lifecycles using JIRA and ServiceNow. I build and maintain ATF automation suites that reduce regression effort and increase release efficiency.

I collaborate closely with developers, process owners, product managers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, run UAT sessions, and prepare release readiness documentation and risk analyses. I emphasize scalable testing practices and continuous improvement to improve platform reliability.

Previously I led operations teams, implemented AI/ML initiatives to improve efficiency, and drove process improvements and reporting to raise service quality. I mentor team members and deliver measurable improvements in testing and operational delivery.
