What I'm looking for

I seek a tech-focused role in a collaborative, growth-oriented company where I can apply customer-service experience and cybersecurity/IT skills to operational support and problem-solving.

I am a customer relations specialist with hands-on experience supporting retail and marketplace customers through email, chat, WhatsApp and phone channels, and delivering accurate, timely service in high-pressure environments. I launched and managed a provincial clothing retail business, coordinated multi-venue bookings, and escalated emergency incidents while working in municipal emergency communications.

Recently I have been building technical skills in IT support, cybersecurity and full-stack web fundamentals via FreeCampCode and short courses, earning certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, ethical hacking, and network fundamentals. I bring practical experience with tools such as Excel, Zendesk, Salesforce, Sage, Citrix and ChatGPT, and familiarity with HTML/CSS, GitHub and SIEM basics.

I am seeking a tech-focused role where I can apply my customer-service background, troubleshooting discipline and newly acquired cyber and IT skills to contribute to operational support, threat detection, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
